Description: Insert hugh hefner joke here. The viera don't trust others but will befriend you if you can get past the inital phase of diplomacy. Weak military but bonuses to culture, science, and production.

Notes: Custom foreground, leader picture, and logo. NO CUSTOM SHIPS. All of my uploaded civs are meant for AI, not player control. (There is no starting screen text or civilian names). None of my civs use Drengin (Red) as their borders as I use that for my own civ.
