Leader: seeker aspirant

Homeworld: Tomes (Cause it's a library)

Ideology: benevolent

Behavior: peaceful, scientific, diplomatic, traders.

Description: Unique enough to warrant a civ, if not the strongest of races. Wants all the techs and is willing to trade for them. Starts with time traveling hulls and can pack extra mass on each ship.

Notes: Custom foreground, leader picture, and logo. NO CUSTOM SHIPS. All of my uploaded civs are meant for AI, not player control. (There is no starting screen text or civilian names). None of my civs use Drengin (Red) as their borders as I use that for my own civ.
