Name: Mardu horde

Leader: Sarkhan

Homeworld: Juno

Ideology: malevolent

Behavior: cruel, expansive.

Description: A complicated planeswalker from mtg, sarkhan is often called mad. Unpredictable in gal civ 3, the mardu have bonuses to starbases, defending legions. and culture while also being perfectly happy declaring war.

Notes: Custom foreground, leader picture, and logo. NO CUSTOM SHIPS. All of my uploaded civs are meant for AI, not player control. (There is no starting screen text or civilian names). None of my civs use Drengin (Red) as their borders as I use that for my own civ.
