Ideology: malevolent

Behavior: cruel

Description: a brutal empire from the witcher series. Warriors and slavers, the nilfgaard receive bonuses to ship toughness, invading legions, and military production. They WILL go to war.

Notes: Custom foreground, leader picture, and logo. NO CUSTOM SHIPS. All of my uploaded civs are meant for AI, not player control. (There is no starting screen text or civilian names). None of my civs use Drengin (Red) as their borders as I use that for my own civ.
