Name: Xivkyn vanguard

Source: elder scrolls online

Leader: Stolavyrk

Homeworld: Planemeld

Ideology: pragmatic

Behavior: oppurtunistic

Description: A random race of daedre from elder scrolls online. Created as a civ simply because they look cool. Bonuses on both offense and defense as well as high culture. Bad traders, however.

Notes: Custom foreground, leader picture, and logo. NO CUSTOM SHIPS. All of my uploaded civs are meant for AI, not player control. (There is no starting screen text or civilian names). None of my civs use Drengin (Red) as their borders as I use that for my own civ.
