Leader: Lurtz

Homeworld: Urak (Hi)

Ideology: malevolent

Behavior: aggressive, cruel

Description: Intimidating enough to get their own civ, rather than be the lackeys of saroman. Miltant, organized, and unrelenting, the urak hai love war. They also reproduce quickly, populating their conquests in half the time.

Notes: Custom foreground, leader picture, and logo. NO CUSTOM SHIPS. All of my uploaded civs are meant for AI, not player control. (There is no starting screen text or civilian names). None of my civs use Drengin (Red) as their borders as I use that for my own civ.
