Ideology: malevolent

Behavior: oppurtunistic, spiritual

Description: Steadfast in their resolve, the shokan are difficult to culturally convert and invasions never cost them credits. Rather unremarkable otherwise. Can you kill them? You shokan.

Notes: Custom foreground, leader picture, and logo. NO CUSTOM SHIPS. All of my uploaded civs are meant for AI, not player control. (There is no starting screen text or civilian names). None of my civs use Drengin (Red) as their borders as I use that for my own civ.
