Behavior: cruel, greedy, oppurtunistic.

Description: The foot soilders of oblivion have thier own civ. Like to pick on weaker neighbors but respects strenght. Have a strong civ yourself? You'll make good friends. Bonuses to military construction and while invading.

Notes: Custom foreground, leader picture, and logo. NO CUSTOM SHIPS. All of my uploaded civs are meant for AI, not player control. (There is no starting screen text or civilian names). None of my civs use Drengin (Red) as their borders as I use that for my own civ.
