Description
Name: Dalish werewolves

Source: dragon age

Leader: Swiftrunner

Homeworld: Brecillian

Ideology: benevolent

Behavior: cultural, xenophobic.

Description: Known as werewolves in dragon age, they never actually change out of wolf form unless cured. But i went with the name anyway. Distrusting of outsiders, harder to culturally convert, and possessing bonuses to defensive legions. Harder to conquer than many.

Notes: Custom foreground, leader picture, and logo. NO CUSTOM SHIPS. All of my uploaded civs are meant for AI, not player control. (There is no starting screen text or civilian names). None of my civs use Drengin (Red) as their borders as I use that for my own civ.
