Behavior: peaceful, expansive

Description: Wasn't sure i should bother making these guys a civ, they don't do anything but stare at their screens. Then i decided that just made them peaceful. Capable of quick repairs, they also posses numerous industrial bonuses.

Notes: Custom foreground, leader picture, and logo. NO CUSTOM SHIPS. All of my uploaded civs are meant for AI, not player control. (There is no starting screen text or civilian names). None of my civs use Drengin (Red) as their borders as I use that for my own civ.
