Description: I liked malgus and i liked this guy so i had to make them both. Malgus became the sith empire, decimus became the dark council. Brutal invasion, fast ship building, and picks on weaker races, all as you'd expect.

Notes: Custom foreground, leader picture, and logo. NO CUSTOM SHIPS. All of my uploaded civs are meant for AI, not player control. (There is no starting screen text or civilian names). None of my civs use Drengin (Red) as their borders as I use that for my own civ.
