Behavior: diplomatic, trader

Description: Another set of dremora from the elder scrolls series. Not wanting to make every demon evil, and trying to balance the ideologies, i've made these diplomatic traders. Bonuses to tourism and likeable. Vigilant starbases make attacking them a bit rougher.

Notes: Custom foreground, leader picture, and logo. NO CUSTOM SHIPS. All of my uploaded civs are meant for AI, not player control. (There is no starting screen text or civilian names). None of my civs use Drengin (Red) as their borders as I use that for my own civ.
