Homeworld: Curator (Cause i was playing hearthstone and the curator of the menageri)

Ideology: Benevolent

Behavior: diplomatic

Description: Your run of the mill nice diplomats. Willing to fight but not a priority. Bonuses to culture, tourism, and production. Also starts with extra administrators.

Notes: Custom foreground, leader picture, and logo. NO CUSTOM SHIPS. All of my uploaded civs are meant for AI, not player control. (There is no starting screen text or civilian names). None of my civs use Drengin (Red) as their borders as I use that for my own civ.
