Leader: councilor esheel

Homeworld: sur'kesh

Ideology: pragmatic

Behavior: oppurtunistic, diplomatic

Description: Starts with espionage and fast long-ranged ships. Behavior depends more on the state of the game than normal. Some games they prove to be friendly and focuses on peaceful turtling. Others then declare a fair number of wars. Make friends but don't turn your back on them.

Notes: Custom foreground, leader picture, and logo. NO CUSTOM SHIPS. All of my uploaded civs are meant for AI, not player control. (There is no starting screen text or civilian names). None of my civs use Drengin (Red) as their borders as I use that for my own civ.
