Name: Riekling tribes

Source: elder scrolls skyrim

Leader: the cheiftain (he has no real name)

Homeworld: thrisk

Ideology: malevolent

Behavior: greedy

Description: Little stupid uh...goblins? from the skyrim dlc dragonborn. Tends to horde random junk in skyrim, so i gave them the greedy behavior to reflect this. Starts with extra resources and wealth as an extension of that. Not very clever or cultural, suffering a negative to both, but low maintainence as a result. More of a nuisance than anything. Conquer them at your leisure.

Notes: Custom foreground, leader picture, and logo. NO CUSTOM SHIPS. All of my uploaded civs are meant for AI, not player control. (There is no starting screen text or civilian names). None of my civs use Drengin (Red) as their borders as I use that for my own civ.
