Description

Leader: kasumi goto

Homeworld: zakera

Ideology: pragmatic

Behavior: greedy

Description: I don't even have the dlc that gets you this character but i though she looked cool enough to get a civ anyways. The civ is focused on the concept of information and mercenary work. As such, they get a free merc and start with espionage. The shadow cloaked also possess more observant ships with a bonus to trade and economy.

Notes: Custom foreground, leader picture, and logo. NO CUSTOM SHIPS. All of my uploaded civs are meant for AI, not player control. (There is no starting screen text or civilian names). None of my civs use Drengin (Red) as their borders as I use that for my own civ.
