Description: Technically the atlantis expidition, i prefer atlantians and thus they are named. A well-rounded civ in many respects, the atlantians possess bonuses to happiness, tourism, military construction, culture, and extra administrators. Founds a decent size empire and then is content to rule it without TOO much war.

Notes: Custom foreground, leader picture, and logo. NO CUSTOM SHIPS. All of my uploaded civs are meant for AI, not player control. (There is no starting screen text or civilian names). None of my civs use Drengin (Red) as their borders as I use that for my own civ.
