Description
Name: ape shrewdness

Source: planet of the apes

Leader: ceaser

Homeworld: singes

Ideology: pragmatic

Behavior: aggressive, cultural

Description: When they declare war on you, and it's likely, you are REQUIRED to say "take your stinking paws off me your damn dirty ape!" With that in mind, the civ itself is rather generic in behavior. Starts with extra resources, bonuses to farming, military production, and population growth.

Notes: Custom foreground, leader picture, and logo. NO CUSTOM SHIPS. All of my uploaded civs are meant for AI, not player control. (There is no starting screen text or civilian names). None of my civs use Drengin (Red) as their borders as I use that for my own civ.
