Description: One of the few elementals in any game that i can actually see being intelligent and space faring (even if all they do in skyrim is skate and throw fireballs.) Likes money, is less trusting of those who don't manage theirs as well. Bonuses to production, food, tourism and happiness.

Notes: Custom foreground, leader picture, and logo. NO CUSTOM SHIPS. All of my uploaded civs are meant for AI, not player control. (There is no starting screen text or civilian names). None of my civs use Drengin (Red) as their borders as I use that for my own civ.
