Description: A subset of phyrexians, this picture looked too awesome not to use for a civ. Unlikeable and unreleting, with additional bonuses to invading legions, the praetors just want to kill you and turn you into them. Planets populate quickly, whether captured or founded.

Notes: Custom foreground, leader picture, and logo. NO CUSTOM SHIPS. All of my uploaded civs are meant for AI, not player control. (There is no starting screen text or civilian names). None of my civs use Drengin (Red) as their borders as I use that for my own civ.
