Leader: Ns-5

Homeworld: zeroth

Ideology: pragmatic

Behavior: expansionist, scientific

Description: One of the few pictures that have multiple races in it. There was no good shot of just the robots alone but it fits since they USR are one of the few robots not actually trying to kill us. At least not in this game. Bonuses to all production, maintainecne costs, and starts with extra resources.

Notes: Custom foreground, leader picture, and logo. NO CUSTOM SHIPS. All of my uploaded civs are meant for AI, not player control. (There is no starting screen text or civilian names). None of my civs use Drengin (Red) as their borders as I use that for my own civ.
