Behavior: scientific

Description: He is legion for they are many. Robots who are not, outright, trying to kill you. Starts with extra administrators (cause they're so efficient). Focus on tech and military production, though often content to play defensive.

Notes: Custom foreground, leader picture, and logo. NO CUSTOM SHIPS. All of my uploaded civs are meant for AI, not player control. (There is no starting screen text or civilian names). None of my civs use Drengin (Red) as their borders as I use that for my own civ.
