Leader: yondu

Homeworld: udonta

Ideology: pragmatic

Behavior: greedy, oppurtunistic

Description: Why is everyone always painted blue of all colors? Standard civ with all around bonuses. Increased ship range, speed and fleet size. Ability to have more mass and harder to hit.

Notes: Custom foreground, leader picture, and logo. NO CUSTOM SHIPS. All of my uploaded civs are meant for AI, not player control. (There is no starting screen text or civilian names). None of my civs use Drengin (Red) as their borders as I use that for my own civ.
