Behavior: peaceful, diplomatic, cultural

Description: Named diva but doesn't act like one. Actually a very peaceful neighbor who is liked by almost everyone and gets maximum bonuses to culture.

Notes: Custom foreground, leader picture, and logo. NO CUSTOM SHIPS. All of my uploaded civs are meant for AI, not player control. (There is no starting screen text or civilian names). None of my civs use Drengin (Red) as their borders as I use that for my own civ.
