Description
Name: cerberus coorporation

Source: mass effect

Leader: illusive man

Homeworld: cronos station

Ideology: pragmatic

Behavior: cruel, scientific, greedy, xenophobic.

Description: Dislikes/distrusts those not of his own race (as it is in mass effect). Though technically that includes my other human civs. Starts with espionage and plenty of bonuses to ships. Though, accurate, fast, and organized.

Notes: Custom foreground, leader picture, and logo. NO CUSTOM SHIPS. All of my uploaded civs are meant for AI, not player control. (There is no starting screen text or civilian names). None of my civs use Drengin (Red) as their borders as I use that for my own civ.
