Homeworld: lucia

Ideology: pragmatic

Behavior: expansive, opportunistic, greedy, scientific.

Description: Down the middle in morality. May try to kill you, may not. Doesn't care about the "little man". You get the idea. Fast observant ships and extra logistics.

Notes: Custom foreground, leader picture, and logo. NO CUSTOM SHIPS. All of my uploaded civs are meant for AI, not player control. (There is no starting screen text or civilian names). None of my civs use Drengin (Red) as their borders as I use that for my own civ.
