Ideology: pragmatic

Behavior: expansionist, opportunistic, cultural, spiritual

Description: Warrior humans from elder scrolls lore, i just like the look of the armor in this picture. They focus mostly on their own lands but will happily take urs if you give them the chance. Bonuses to attacking legions and max bonuses to ship strength.

Notes: Custom foreground, leader picture, and logo. NO CUSTOM SHIPS. All of my uploaded civs are meant for AI, not player control. (There is no starting screen text or civilian names). None of my civs use Drengin (Red) as their borders as I use that for my own civ.
