Ideology: malevolent

Behavior: cruel, scientific

Description: The people of this civ are human and alien races that can be taken over anytime at the will of their machine overlords. The civ gets bonuses to research, to reflect this technology, and reduced maintainence in light of their efficient rule.

Notes: Custom foreground, leader picture, and logo. NO CUSTOM SHIPS. All of my uploaded civs are meant for AI, not player control. (There is no starting screen text or civilian names). None of my civs use Drengin (Red) as their borders as I use that for my own civ.
