Source: star trek

Leader: nero

Homeworld: romulus

Ideology: malevolent

Behavior: opportunistic, scientific

Description: I've only seen the new star treks so the romulans are based on the newer movies. Time travelers (as in the film), they receive bonuses to ship strength and accuracy, as well as the warrior trait.

Notes: Custom foreground, leader picture, and logo. NO CUSTOM SHIPS. All of my uploaded civs are meant for AI, not player control. (There is no starting screen text or civilian names). None of my civs use Drengin (Red) as their borders as I use that for my own civ.
