Description
This buoy is a small stationary Object.

It is very very usefull to orientate while Storm and Fog.

Spawn it at the Shipyard , toggle the Magnet.

Then fly it with a Helicopter (Connected by Magnet) to final Position and drop.

You can Change the Light Colors by your own (Preset is Green).
