Description
Name: the eternal empire

Source: star wars the old republic

Leader: Arcaan

Homeworld: Zakuul

Ideology: malevolent

Behavior: cruel, expansionist, scientific.

Description: I liked the brothers better than the emperor and so the brothers have been made the leader(s). Very hard to take over peacefully (thanks to the unwavering trait) and interesting in spreading across the stars. Declares war often. Bonuses to military production, tech, and influence.

Notes: Custom foreground, leader picture, and logo. NO CUSTOM SHIPS. All of my uploaded civs are meant for AI, not player control. (There is no starting screen text or civilian names). None of my civs use Drengin (Red) as their borders as I use that for my own civ.
