Leader: Isran

Homeworld: Dawn (Which they guard)

Ideology: pragmatic

Behavior: spiritual

Description: If i could make them hate another civ by default, they'd be at constant war with the vampire races. Longer range with bonuses to mass, military, culture, and agility.

Notes: Custom foreground, leader picture, and logo. NO CUSTOM SHIPS. All of my uploaded civs are meant for AI, not player control. (There is no starting screen text or civilian names). None of my civs use Drengin (Red) as their borders as I use that for my own civ.
