Description: Yub nub! Everybody loves a teddy bear. Peaceful and good friends. Easy to take them over if your a mean mean person. High culture.

Notes: Custom foreground, leader picture, and logo. NO CUSTOM SHIPS. All of my uploaded civs are meant for AI, not player control. (There is no starting screen text or civilian names). None of my civs use Drengin (Red) as their borders as I use that for my own civ.
