Name: Blood elf kingdom

Source: warcraft

Leader: Kael'thas

Homeworld: Silvermoon

Ideology: pragmatic

Behavior: cultural, trader.

Description: Night, high, wood, and now blood. They make elves of every variety. This one is not as peaceful as some elves, but gets bonuses to influence, production and tourism all the same.

Notes: Custom foreground, leader picture, and logo. NO CUSTOM SHIPS. All of my uploaded civs are meant for AI, not player control. (There is no starting screen text or civilian names). None of my civs use Drengin (Red) as their borders as I use that for my own civ.
