Huntress-X


The goal of the Huntress-X is to give you a personal small vessel that you can call your own. It is geared mostly for the solo type person that needs some function. The Huntress-X has 3 interior rooms that each serve a specific purpose.

Lets break it down:

The Cockpit Area:
2 pilot seats availible (in case you need a passenger
some cargo storage
Access to upper and rear hatches
Motion Sensor for Lamps

The Storage Area:
2 Constructors (set on a motion sensor to only be on when in the room)(we have also included a override switch if
you need to keep them on)
Oxygen Station
2 Fridges
Motion sensing lamps and auto opening doors for the Oxygen station and Fridges

The Cabin Area:
2 personal cargo containers
Personal Armor locker
Custom new style sleeping area
Custom Facility with Space Toliet and Space Shower! (includes auto opening facility door)
Motion sensing lamps and auto opening doors

In the rear hatch area have been completely redesigned from out earlier Huntress Units.
Shutter Access for both Fuel tanks and Warp Tanks
Ammo Box access
Automatic lamps, ramps and hatch door (we also have a ramp override switch to leave the ramps deployed, hatch
door with still operate with motion sensor)

We have also upgraded the entire hull of the Huntress-X. More protection and more styling, included consistant coloring and textures.

Weapons have also been upgraded here as well. We now have included more firepower to choose from:
4 Pulse Laser
2 Plasma Cannons
2 Homing Rockets

And our final area we have included some of the upgrades that both the Frost-X and Gorman-X streamlined, Thrust Performance modes!
By default Huntress-X is set to low power mode, But if you are a avid Bounty Hunter I would suggest playing around with the Cockpit levers to unlock some much needed performance! We'll let you discover this treat~

@TheFeralKitsune Ok i loaded up my working version of the updated Huntress and ended up changing it completely. I am working off the Tallon gunship as a reference for this version. I posted a screenshot here if you want to see it.

@TheFeralKitsune Aww thanks for the kind words! I have a working updated model but sadly I haven't completed it yet. It would be a good time to get it out soon, but I have a few other projects before I concentrate more on the new version. But since you commented, I think I might take a look at it tonight and see what I can do. no promises tho~

I have thought of doing a few of the other ships that Samus has used but nothing has panned out. I have a handful of CV's and Bases I am working on, but those take time. Sadly none are Metroid related.

I love this thing to pieces, almost always find a way to build this when i play with friends. Had to do some minor refits for it to work with cpu and volume mechanics (pain in my butt) tried my best to keep it as close to the original as i could, ended up tearing out the bathroom (rip) to make room for a container controller and it's extensions as well as a small part of the floor as you walk in for a shield generator. I've seen you comment about updating this and would love to see what you will do later down the line when you have time. An to end on question have you thought of doing a CV inspired by some of the other ships from metroid like the gfs valhalla?

@slaithe Good to hear that Huntress is still pulling her weight around! I do need to update this one eventually to take advantage of some of the newer devices and shields oh man we need to get Huntress some more defenses!
