Also Switzerland starts off as fascist.

Compatible with 1.5.*

I got the idea to do this when I saw a Kaiserreich submod like this and thought, why not make this for MD?

Does this work for the 1936 start? If not, can you make a mod where Melonpan is the leader for the 1936 start?
