Behavior: cultural

Description: Another vampire but this one drank red bull (it gave him wings). Lots of extra administrators and balanced traits to production, econ, tour, food, and culture.

Notes: Custom foreground, leader picture, and logo. NO CUSTOM SHIPS. All of my uploaded civs are meant for AI, not player control. (There is no starting screen text or civilian names). None of my civs use Drengin (Red) as their borders as I use that for my own civ.
