Behavior: opportunistic

Description: Since magneto flips flops all the time but still leans towards evil, I've got him set to pick on the wek but not overly aggressive. Bonuses to military production and legion strength.

Notes: Custom foreground, leader picture, and logo. NO CUSTOM SHIPS. All of my uploaded civs are meant for AI, not player control. (There is no starting screen text or civilian names). None of my civs use Drengin (Red) as their borders as I use that for my own civ.
