Talking Hat mod independence add-on

Description
Requires Talking Hat mod, but does not require Zab's Witch hat mod.

This add-on mod changes the appearance of the Talking Hat to look like a "fine hat", and thus making Talking Hat mod independant. It is not compatible with Zab's Witch hat.
