Description: They should be malevolent i think but i needed more pragmatic civs. Adaptable (cause they're dead). And hard to culturally convert. Varied bonuses.

Notes: Custom foreground, leader picture, and logo. NO CUSTOM SHIPS. All of my uploaded civs are meant for AI, not player control. (There is no starting screen text or civilian names). None of my civs use Drengin (Red) as their borders as I use that for my own civ.
