Description
I was thinking about this new war exhaustion system, especially armies

For example, armies like assault army or gene army will create war exhaustion when been wiped out is reasonable.
But for armies like slave army or clone army it is not the case. (Just from my point of view) They are considered and used as cannon fodder so there is no reason that such armies will generate war exhaustion.

So I made this simple mod to remove the war exhaustion for
Slave army
Clone army
Robotic army
Android army
Xenomorph army

For xeno army, it should be the same case but since the xeno army is already so powerful and it was mentioned that it contains some "scientist" inside, so I didn't change it.

Since there is a great nerf on Xenomorph army (If I'm right, 33% less damage and 33% more cost compared to 2.0.2), So I also removed war exhuastion for it

Honestly android armies should have war exhaustion and morale, just mechanical people. 2x or 3x moral damage would be better

V 2.0.3 update "Reduced damage output and raised cost of Xenomorph armies"
If I'm right, this balance fix made Xenomorph army deal 33% less damage and 33% more cost compared to Xenomorph army in 2.0.2
That's a huge nerf
So I also removed war exhaustion for Xenomorph army for this version
