Name: Martian heirarchy

Source: war of the worlds

Leader: Welles (as in orson welles)

Homeworld: Tripod (cause mars in already in game)

Ideology: malevolent

Behavior: cruel, scientific, xenophobic.

Description: Wants to declare a war of the worlds. Doesn't like you. Will attack you. Bonuses to invasion strength and hp when they do. Lower accuracy.

Notes: Custom foreground, leader picture, and logo. NO CUSTOM SHIPS. All of my uploaded civs are meant for AI, not player control. (There is no starting screen text or civilian names). None of my civs use Drengin (Red) as their borders as I use that for my own civ.
