Leader: Koyla

Homeworld: Gen

Ideology: pragmatic

Behavior: expansionist, opportunistic, greedy.

Description: While rather evil in the show, everything he did was for his people. Starts with espionage and bonuses to all production.

Notes: Custom foreground, leader picture, and logo. NO CUSTOM SHIPS. All of my uploaded civs are meant for AI, not player control. (There is no starting screen text or civilian names). None of my civs use Drengin (Red) as their borders as I use that for my own civ.
