DoI Cue (Last Man Standing Warning Announcement)

Description
Added Richard Douglas' Last Man Standing music from Day of Infamy when both Security & Insurgent Announcers warn you that you're the last man standing left in the faction.

Known "Bug":
- It interrupts the announcer's line & announces it late when the cue is activated & finished (Because his line & the cue mixed are both .ogg files. I can't do anything about it, since NWI didn't plan a Last Man Standing cue in Insurgency)
