Ideology: malevolent

Behavior: aggressive, cruel, xenophobic

Description: When they colonize a water world, you get shrimp scampi. Similiar to the gremlins. Very wardriven and not interested in friends. High population growth.

Notes: Custom foreground, leader picture, and logo. NO CUSTOM SHIPS. All of my uploaded civs are meant for AI, not player control. (There is no starting screen text or civilian names). None of my civs use Drengin (Red) as their borders as I use that for my own civ.
