Source: batman begins

Leader: Ra's al ghul

Homeworld: Lazarus pit

Ideology: malevolent

Behavior: cruel spiritual

Description: Likes to kill people who aren't also malevolent. Bonuses to legions and hard to culturally convert.

Notes: Custom foreground, leader picture, and logo. NO CUSTOM SHIPS. All of my uploaded civs are meant for AI, not player control. (There is no starting screen text or civilian names). None of my civs use Drengin (Red) as their borders as I use that for my own civ.
