Leader: Barnabas

Homeworld: shadow

Ideology: pragmatic

Behavior: greedy, opportunistic

Description: Definately on the bottom ten of quality for a civ/leader. But, as i say many times in these civs, i like vampires and want a variety of them. Balanced traits and a bit in the grey for morality. May enslave you, may not.

Notes: Custom foreground, leader picture, and logo. NO CUSTOM SHIPS. All of my uploaded civs are meant for AI, not player control. (There is no starting screen text or civilian names). None of my civs use Drengin (Red) as their borders as I use that for my own civ.
