Leader: Nicol bolas

Homeworld: Madara

Ideology: malevolent

Behavior: aggressive, cruel, opportunistic, xenophobic.

Description: Everyone is below him in his mind. Wants to be worshipped as a god. Very hard to culture flip, bonuses to tech, military production, ship hp, and invsaions. Unlikeable.

Notes: Custom foreground, leader picture, and logo. NO CUSTOM SHIPS. All of my uploaded civs are meant for AI, not player control. (There is no starting screen text or civilian names). None of my civs use Drengin (Red) as their borders as I use that for my own civ.
