Description: Most people hated the movie, i thought it was ok. And i thought drac deserved his own civ. Another vampire but not really aggressive. Bonuses to culture, mass, accuracy and defending legions.

Notes: Custom foreground, leader picture, and logo. NO CUSTOM SHIPS. All of my uploaded civs are meant for AI, not player control. (There is no starting screen text or civilian names). None of my civs use Drengin (Red) as their borders as I use that for my own civ.
