Homeworld: Touchstone (where they steal some stuff)

Ideology: pragmatic

Behavior: scientific

Description: Focus on tech. Starts with esionage and high observation. Low maintainence.

Notes: Custom foreground, leader picture, and logo. NO CUSTOM SHIPS. All of my uploaded civs are meant for AI, not player control. (There is no starting screen text or civilian names). None of my civs use Drengin (Red) as their borders as I use that for my own civ.
